At David Lloyd La Finca our dedicated triathalon team will prepare you physically and mentaly to be able to face any triathlon waiting for. With a number of group classes for swimming, cycling, running and strength training specifically designed for triathlons.
In addition, members will be able to participate in specific activities inside and outside the club which will test you, such as swimming in open spaces and all terrain running.
