You will take part in a 15 minute 'learn the moves' session so you can experience some class content, and have any of your questions answered. The aim of the session is to help you feel more confident when you attend your first class with us. You will be active during the session, so workout kit is a must!

Using the Synrgy 360 frame , this is a small group circuit based session with a dedicated Trainer. LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) workout, comprising of slowed down mindful exercises. Switch jumping jacks for form-focused squats instead. Like a HIIT class, members still work in intervals of exertion followed by intervals of rest but all high-impact moves and competitive stress are eliminated to enable members to connect their mind, body and recharge.
