Getting in a few laps is great for improving your cardiovascular fitness, while helping you stay strong and supple.
Swimming is a great way to stay active during pregnancy. Check with your medical professional to ensure it's safe for your individual needs.
A great way to relax your mind as you focus on your breathing and your body moving through the water. Swimming may help improve your sleep quality, too.
Learning to swim can change your life. No more sitting on the side.
Our experienced and supportive coaches will be with you every stroke of the way. Adult beginner classes will take you through the basics in a small group. While kids are always welcome at David Lloyd Clubs, sometimes adults want to swim in peace. Both our indoor and outdoor pools have timetables that include adult-only swimming sessions. We also use lane swimming for different speeds, to make sure everyone can get the most out of their swim.
Whenever you come to use the pool, remember to bring comfortable swimwear, a towel (if towel use isn't included in your membership) and indoor flip flops. You may also wish to bring swimming goggles and a swim cap.
Yes. All our Clubs have spacious changing areas with secure lockers, benches, showers and vanity areas so you can comfortably get ready before and after a swim.
Check your local pool timetable to see the times.
