1. Organizing Entity The organizing entity of this raffle is David Lloyd Leisure España III, S.L., located at Calle María Montessori, number 13, 50018 Zaragoza, with NIF B64282361.
2. Scope and Duration The raffle will take place nationwide. Participation will be open from the date specified on the registration form.
3. Participation Requirements All individuals over the age of 18 who meet the following conditions may participate in the raffle:

• They must reside in Spain.
• They must follow the participation instructions provided.

Employees and associates of any David Lloyd Clubs center, as well as anyone professionally connected to this raffle, are excluded from participating.

Raffle rules To participate in the raffle, participants must complete the form with their data. Forms with incomplete or incorrect data will be excluded from the raffle. Each person can participate only once between 12th and 13th July, 2025.

1. Prize
   The prize consists of: 3 months membership redeemable until 30th July 2025

The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize or membership at another David Lloyd Clubs center.

The winner must adhere to the club’s rules. The management reserves the right of admission.

1. Winner Selection The winner will be selected by raffle on the first business day after the registration period ends. The result of the raffle will be final and non-appealable.
2. Notification to the Winner The winner will be notified by phone to the number provided within a maximum of 5 days from the raffle date. If the winner does not respond after 3 attempts, a substitute winner will be contacted in the same way.
3. Personal Data Processing In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations, participants are informed that their personal data will be processed by David Lloyd Leisure España III, S.L. for the purpose of managing their participation in the raffle and, in case they win, for prize delivery.

The provided data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

1. Acceptance of the Terms Participation in the raffle implies full acceptance of these terms by the participants, as well as express submission to any interpretative decisions made by David Lloyd Leisure España III, S.L.
2. Modification of the Terms and/or Suspension of the Raffle David Lloyd Leisure España III, S.L. reserves the right to modify the conditions of this raffle at any time, including possible cancellation before the set deadline, provided there is a justified cause. They commit to informing participants in advance about any new terms, conditions, or cancellation.
3. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute or discrepancy that may arise in the interpretation and/or execution of these terms, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Spain.
